Dyna Ingabire

Daycare Teacher

Born and raised in Rwanda, Dyna is married and has a lovely girl, named Maya .This is her 4th year in early childhood education. Dyna previously worked 3 years in Rwanda (Africa) at Ndengera Foundation .This is Dyna's 1st year at the International Leadership Academy. So far, Infant/Toddlers and Preschoolers are Dyna's favorite levels to teach. Dyna learns a lot by teaching and spending time with children .

Dyna also loves Technology . She has a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Tourism Technology and Business Studies. 

Debora Mansur

Daycare Teacher

Madame Debora is Belgian, mother of two and grandmother of two grandchildren. Debora speaks French, Hebrew, Flemish and English fluently. During these years in Congo, she worked for four years in a kindergarten in Kinshasa. Back in Belgium, she then went to live in Israel. In 2002, she moved to the United States. Debora loves being around children. She enjoys reading, shopping and helping people. For her, ILA is the place where she will apply her skills.

Laura Comiskey

Director of Daycare

Laura started working part-time for a large child care company as a teenager in Portland, taking child development classes at her high school. Her love for children has been present since his childhood. She ended up entering an education program at the university and worked in the human resources field for many years. However, in 2015, she had the opportunity to make a change and pursue her passion for teaching. She enjoys the positive impact she can have on the lives of infants and children. She is married and lives with her family in Sherwood, Oregon. She also volunteers for "PAW Team" - "Portland Animal Welfare" and "Fences For Fido" to practice her dog training for various shelters.
